General Return Conditions


1. Return Period: All return requests must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your order.

2. Condition of Items: Returned items must be:

Unwashed

In their original condition, including all packaging.

3. Proof of Purchase: All returns must be accompanied by valid proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or order confirmation).


Exchanges and Store Credit


NLMT offers exchanges or store credit for items that are deemed unsuitable. To initiate an exchange or request store credit, please contact our customer service team.


Refunds


Refunds will be issued only under the following conditions:


The item is faulty

The item is damaged

The item is not as described at the time of purchase


Printing Variations


Due to the nature of the printing process, slight variations in print, color, or alignment may occur. These minor inconsistencies are considered acceptable and do not qualify for returns or exchanges. However, if a significant error affects the overall design or functionality of the item, we will offer a replacement.


Photo Evidence Requirement


To process a replacement for significant errors, customers must provide photo evidence of the issue. This evidence must be submitted and confirmed prior to processing any replacement requests.


Return Process


To initiate a return, exchange, or replacement, please email us at support@nlmt.co.uk. Your email subject must include the word “return,” “exchange,” or “replacement” to facilitate a swift resolution, followed by your order number.


Once approved, you will receive a free return label that you will need to print at home. Returns should be sent to the following address:
