Shipping Rates & Services
1. Free UK Delivery on Orders Over £50:
We offer free standard delivery for all orders over £50 within the UK. Your order will be shipped using Royal Mail’s standard service.
2. Standard Delivery for Orders Under £50:
For orders under £50, we apply a £5.99 delivery charge within the UK, using Royal Mail’s standard service.
Shipping Timeframes
Our estimated delivery timeframe for standard orders is 4-7 working days from the date of dispatch. Please note that these estimates may vary depending on a variety of factors including production time and external circumstances.
• Production Time: Some items may require additional time to produce before being dispatched. You will receive an order confirmation email once your items are in production and a dispatch email with tracking information once they have shipped.
• External Factors: Shipping times may be affected by delays due to holidays, strikes, natural events, or other external factors beyond our control. We will make every effort to communicate any significant delays as soon as we are made aware of them.
International Shipping
For international orders, shipping times and fees will vary based on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.
• Customs Fees & Import Duties:
Please be aware that international shipments may be subject to customs fees, import duties, taxes, or other charges imposed by your local customs authority. NLMT is not responsible for any such charges. These fees are determined by the customs agency in your destination country and are payable by the customer.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to the carrier’s website, allowing you to monitor your order’s progress. Please note that tracking information may not be immediately available but will update once the shipping provider has processed the shipment.
Non-Delivery and Lost Packages
If you do not receive your order within the estimated shipping timeframe, please contact us at support@nlmt.co.uk. In the event of a lost package, we will assist in contacting the shipping carrier and initiating an investigation. Please allow up to 10 working days for the carrier to conduct the investigation. We will work with you to ensure the best possible outcome, whether that involves replacing the lost item(s) or issuing a refund in accordance with our refund policy.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure that all shipping details entered at checkout are accurate and complete. NLMT is not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by customers. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange for reshipment at your expense.
Customs, Duties, and Other Fees (International Orders)
For international shipments, any customs fees, import taxes, duties, or other charges imposed by your country’s customs office are the responsibility of the customer. These fees are not included in the total cost of your purchase at NLMT and must be paid separately upon delivery.

Changes and Cancellations
We are unable to make changes to your shipping address, shipping method, or cancel orders once they have been dispatched. If you need to make adjustments to your order prior to dispatch, please contact support@nlmt.co.uk as soon as possible.
